PCF was born in 2020 with a mission to provide the Mid-Atlantic region with quality flooring solutions. Based out of Salisbury MD and founded by Shawn and Ian Ralph, PCF is now the third generation of the Ralph family providing commercial flooring solutions to the Eastern Shore.
