PCF was born in 2020 with a mission to provide the Mid-Atlantic region with quality flooring solutions. Based out of Salisbury,  MD and founded by Shawn  Ralph, PCF is now the third generation of the Ralph family providing commercial flooring solutions to the Eastern Shore.  We take pride in our work and want our clients to share that pride. We have 50+ combined years of experience installing resinous flooring, polished concrete and industrial painting across a range of industries.
